Extreme Dirty Vehicle Policy:
Our Detailing Packages are priced for vehicles in average condition. If your vehicle has heavy pet hair, deep stains, excessive buildup, or neglected areas, additional time and materials may be required. In those cases, we will quote any additional cost on site before starting your services, so there are never surprises. Every vehicle is different, and we'll always be upfront and fair about what is needed to bring it back to its best.

Extra Time Clause:
Each package includes 2–4 hours of on-site service, depending on the type of detail. If additional time is required due to vehicle condition, billing continues at $50/hour.
Payment Methods:
Payment is due at the completion of service. We accept cash, card or check.
Weather:
Appointments for exterior detailing may be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather. (e.g., rain, snow. extreme wind or sub-freezing temps). We will contact you as early as possible to reschedule.
Access Requirements:
Please ensure there is adequate space to work around your vehicle. Our van is fully equipped with water and electricity, but in the rare event of equipment malfunction, we may ask for temporary access to your water or power.
Personal Belongings:
Please remove all personal items and valuables from the vehicle prior to service. If left in vehicle, if items are left inside, we will place them in a safe bag and return them to your trunk once the detail is complete.
Cancellations of Appointments:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We understand emergencies happen, so please reach out as soon as possible if same-day cancellation is unavoidable
Satisfactions/Rework Disclaimer:
We strive for top-quality results. However, some stains, odors, or damage may be permanent and beyond the scope of detailing.
Travel Fees:
Since we are mobile, we do travel outside of our service area. Locations outside of Quincy may include a travel fee.

Liability Disclaimer:
Outpost 7 LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items left in the vehicle. For your protection and ours, we take before photos prior to service.
Social Media:
We always ask for permission before posting before-and-after photos to Facebook or Instagram. License plates and identifying details are always blocked for your privacy.
